spent 3 hrs here this afternoon 18/12 no problems varied amount of freight plus the northern belle + 2 steam very good for photos will call again but when its WARMER
With regards to bad weather if you travel by car you can sit in it and see all the trains as they pass by
A small station on the WCML, between Stafford and Tamworth at the Junction with the Walsall Branch.
Central train services between Walsall and Stafford , Nuneaton and Stafford. Virgin West Coast services which do not run to Birmingham or Wolverhampton and various EWS freight including MGRs for Rugeley Power Station. Freightliner Intermodal and heavy haul services.
No Food Outlets nearby and the is only a bus shelter for cover inthe bad weather. Also be warned there are no toilets and the town is 2km.
