Inverkeithing is on the Fife (North) side of the Forth Estuary. Sightings are Scotrail 158's and 170's plus occasional HST's and Cross Country voyagers, also it is a calling point for the sleeper. Small kiosk in station building for papers, books, teas and coffees, plenty of other shops and eateries in the town, 5 minutes walk away.

Inverkeithing is situatated on the Fife circle line. You can see frequent 66 on mgr's (about 2-4 an hour.) Also you will see 150,156,158,170,220,221 and HST's. If you do get bored Edinburgh is 20 mins away with a train about every 10 mins.
