There are now no locos at Springs Branch it is now full of wagons.
There are two ways to get some of the locos here.
Passing by on the train doesnt give much time to jot down any numbers despite the yard been only a mile or so from the station , so maybe to pass 2 or 3 times would be better.
The other way is to go by car and go onto the rough land on the opposite side of the WCML to the yard where you can see a good bit. It would be advisable to print a yard loco plan off the End of the Line website to help identify the locos.
Dont drive or walk into the depot entrance road as security cameras are linked to the police station. BE WARNED.
