The yard is adjacent to Bristol Parkway Station and views can be had from the platforms and the multi storey car park.Also,if you leave the station,turn left under the railway and first left,approx 400 yads on left is the entrance to the yard.If you walk up the approach road,locos can be seen on left as road rises and in front of you when reaching the gates.

There can be up to seven/eight FLHH engines at weekends and engines stable here now rather than Kingsland Road as staff facilities on site and fuelling point...Martin Harrison
