Being south of Aynho Junc, you miss the freight heading to/from Didcot & Southampton - best go to Banbury / Oxford for these.

At present at Bicester N, there is the notable working of 3 x 172/1's out of Marylebone, which arrive on the SOUTH-bound Platform at about 18:40, recess into siding north of the station, and return to Mary-le-B at 19:04 (or they did in late April 2012).

Located to the north of this Oxfordshire town, the station is on the Chiltern Railways line into Marylebone, Station access is free but car parking is at a premium and charged for during weekdays. Refreshments can be obtained on the platform. DMU's are the only types to be found and movements average about one every twenty minutes in each direction on weekdays.
