Ashburys is a small derelict station, just out of manchester piccadilly. The only traffic stopping here are class 323 emus. These aren't all that frequent though. You can see 142's, and 158's flying through at speed. (Too fast to get numbers) Ashburys is unstaffed, therefore there are no cafes etc. All there is off the station is a bus stop and houses. Only go to Ashburys if you are just going for the ride and coming straight back. If you do want to trainspot, go to Manchester Piccadilly, another five minutes up the line.
