Stechford is on the Line Between Birmingham New Street and Birmingham International. MOst notably thou it is the junction for divert Virigin service when the Trent Valley is closed as train then use the line toi Aston and then Bescot and on to Wolverhampton/Stafford.

Stechford is one of the UK hotspot for railway Crime ( see http://www.teachingzone.org/facts.htm where stechford rate as a high vandalism spot), so keep hold of your belongings at all times and avoid at night. Addtional during the week some freight will use this link ( freightliners ) heading for the South via Coventry and Leamington primarily.

Local shops are near enough adjacent to the station. Parking is not to clever as it on street parking.
