You can be at any end or platform to view all local services together stopping Eurostars,however it is not possible to get the numbers of Eurostars on the through line because of a metal barrier.No freight use this line so at least that will still go thr.the station.A buffet is available but closes early evening.Toilets are on the station,but were not open during my visit.The town centre is 10 mins walk away for Mcdonalds etc.To watch the trains from your car is not a good idea as the car park is on a lower level.One last point regarding the sidings to the southeast of the station.They are only visable from passing trains [ if they stop at the right signal ] with bins on the Ramsgate to Ashford line.
