The platforms are now NOT accessable due to the footbridge being demolished, apparently on safety grounds, despite the fact the SRA had applied to stop services to here.

Norton Bridge, situated between Crewe and Stafford on the WCML, sees exactly the same traffic as Stafford, only that none of it stops (the station is now closed and unused)

Norton Bridge station has closed now and it is impossible to access the station because the DMU service that used to serve the station has finished and has been replaced by a Bus due to under-usage apparantley
