You get the usual local Silverlink services (321/4's) and a variety of freight coming from DIRFT. Virgin WCML stock is also quite common during diversion. Not a bad place for photography and very no hastle from the locals. If you can travel from the station, an ideal location is to be found about 1/2 mile north of the station, where you can view the line from the comfort of your car.
