Excellent views can be obtained from the road bridge a few hundred yards north of the depot.The road is called Duke Road Drive off the A23.The main London to Brighton line runs underneath and Eastcoast services [ to Lewes ] can be viewed with bins but with difficulty.Westcoast services [ to Worthing ] cannot be seen.A 24 hour Tesco service station is a 10 min walk away up a steep hill.The road on the bridge itself has double yellow lines,although you can park the car near the bridge,but you cannot see the trains.
