When you arrive, go the the information desk. This in the middle of the concourse. Sign in and you will receive a sticky label. This will allow you access to the platforms. All very civilized!

was there on 21/5 only stopped 20 mins was told i had to sign visitors book in the booking office ? never ad any problems before,

Good views from platform ends, but you will need a ticket as barriers are always in use. Chiltern trains only, 165/168.
