A nice little station on the ECML.

If travelling by train get a slow train to either Peterborough or Cambridge or Kings Cross if coming from the North.

If you are driving come off the A1(M) at junction 8 and follow the signs for Knebworth B197. As you come into the village you will get to a crossroads with a mini roundabout. Turn right and go the short distance up the hill under the railway bridge. the road veers sharply to the right and the station is on your right hand side. there is a car park and also on street parking is avaible.

In terms of traffice you will see 365's, 317's galore. 91's HST's and Eurostars also go through at speed. There is some freight during the day. Virtually all of it hauled by 66's.

From the platforms you will be able to get great views of trains coming from both Stevenage and around the curve from Digswell.

in terms of facilities the station has a toilet and across the road is the Station pub. There is also a chinese takeaway in the village and a supermarket.
