Assuming you are after the Tyseley allocated units, you are best to go one station along, to Small Heath.
At Small Heath you will get all the Moor St / Snow Hill 150 / 165 / 168 (mainly 150/168) and the couple of freights running (don't expect more than a couple), but you also get all the unit movements running into / out of Tyseley depot (153/156/158)just before/after peak hours.
