Crawley New Yard can be clearly seen from passing trains between Gatwick Airport and Three Bridges. It is not visible from local roads etc. Normal traffic is a near daily load Mon-Fri, normally in the morning, with additional, but not regular movements in the late afternoon/evening and around midnight. Normally worked with class 59 or 66. Not seen a 60 for a while.
Update 08/07: 60's have started appearing again on the odd working. Also recently had a Freightliner 66 here with Heavy Haul wagons.
